This Kerrisdale condo is owned by a retired couple who had just downsized from their family home. This condo is situated in an older building, and needed several upgrades to both of their bathrooms to modernize and improve accessibility.

In order to limit construction time, we fully renovated both bathrooms at the same time. Unfortunately during this renovation, the tenants above their unit had overflowed their sink, causing drywall and hardwood flooring damage in our client’s condo. The WorkPro team was able to support our clients and remove and replace the damaged drywall and hardwood.

Our team completed all general contracting, demolition, construction, ceilings, drywall, repairs, painting, baseboards, finishing carpentry, flood restoration, and repairs.
