This Maple Ridge renovation consisted of a full kitchen renovation, upstairs bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and living room upgrades to transform the home into an open and modern living area.

To achieve this, we got to work right away on updating the floor plan, which included removal of interior walls to create a large open living space great for family and friends. With the new open floor plan, we also designed the kitchen to feature a large island with a beautiful waterfall countertop supplied by ZONE Stone Countertops. The kitchen cabinets boosted a rich new colour suede stone for 2024. The cabinets were supplied by D3 Custom Cabinets and installed by WorkPro Contracting. All kitchen lighting was upgraded, including 13 flush mount low profile LED pot lights and accent pendant lighting features to really give the “wow” factor.

All three bedrooms received fresh coats of paint, new flooring, and modern flat ceilings by removing the outdated ceiling texture. The Mohawk Revwood flooring from Diverse Flooring ran seamlessly throughout the entire upper floor creating seamless transitions from bedrooms to hallway to kitchen to living and dining room. 

To add warmth to the open plan, Urban Fireplaces installed a gas fireplace, and WorkPro Contracting removed the hearth (to continue the seamless floor) and tiled around the gas fireplace to offer a beautiful feature within the room.
