Our team was able to take this Vancouver condo from a crammed 2 bedroom space into a spacious and functional suite with 3 bedrooms for this family of four.

These clients wanted to move their primary bedroom to the side of the unit that had an ocean view. And with the help of our design partners, we were able to transform the main bath into the primary ensuite, and the original ensuite into the main bath.

A full kitchen renovation was completed to bring this outdated unit back to life, paired with an updated ensuite bathroom to create more open space. With the additions of Robinson Bath & Lighting fixtures, Midland appliances, and Centura Tiles, this space has transformed into an elegant home that now accommodates the needs and requests of our client’s family.

The WorkPro team completed all tiling, construction, painting, drywall, ceilings, as well as the extra custom pantry (also serving as a front entrance closet space) to maximize their square footage. We also replaced all doors & closet doors with custom doors and hardware throughout the suite.
