This Coquitlam renovation client struggled with their home’s small kitchen and lack of storage space. The client wanted to bring more functionality to the kitchen, as well as create a more modern and updated space.

To combat the space’s limited square footage, our team and collaborators decided to change their extra patio door into a window feature. This design decision gave our client more wall and counter space which we situated a movable kitchen island in. This solution ultimately gave our client much more counter and storage space for additional cupboards.

We also worked with our design partners to address storage concerns by incorporating a variety of beautiful yet functional storage features, including ceiling height cabinets, an open shelving rack, and a wall mounted hanging rack.

Along with finer details like sleek strip lighting, Ann Sacks backsplash tile, D3 Custom Cabinets, and Caesarstone countertops, this kitchen has made the complete transformation into a functional, bright, and beautiful space for our client’s family.
