This Cardero Street condo in Vancouver needed a full floor plan redesign to accommodate our client’s needs as a couple investing in their first home together. With the support and expertise of structural engineering experts, the WorkPro team was able to remove a structural wall and add a support beam. Our team tore down the original 1960’s enclosed plan and rebuilt the space into an open and modern kitchen.

Our team also did a full teardown and rebuild of the ensuite and main bathroom, to align with the kitchen’s functional and open upgrades. We also worked with our interior design partners to incorporate elegant and modern new main bathroom features, such as a curbless shower, a shower bench, and a beautiful rain shower feature.

We also incorporated elegant and sleek bath and kitchen tiles from @julian_tiles & @centuratile, hardware from @marathonhardware, fixtures from @robinsonltgbath, and condo cabinets from @d3customcabinets

Our team completed all construction, drywall, painting, tile setting, and cabinet installation.
